Leadership Team

Children’s Country Week association is fortunate to have five incredibly talented full-time staff members.  The leadership team members are comprised of: Education Director, Jim Mora; Day Camp Director, Jessie Leone; Office Manager, Shirley Morgan; Camp Administrator, Leah Colley; and, Registrar/Programs Coordinator, Dani Robbins.  These dynamic individuals share a passion for service and make sure every child we serve receives our very best each day.

James Mora – Education Director

Jim began working at CCWA as an instructor in 2003.  Prior to camp he received his BSEd and Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education Earth & Space Science from West Chester University.   Jim soon moved up to lead the Education Team, first as the coordinator and then as the director.  As the Director, it has been his goal to create an engaging hands on experience for every student who comes out. A program in which every lesson focuses not only on learning outcomes, but also on behavioral objectives like stewardship, creativity, and cooperation. Jim lives at camp and in his free time he enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, playing with his niece and nephew, and spending as much time as possible in the outdoors.

Jessie Leone – Day Camp Director

Jessie has worked at camp for over 11 years.  First as a counselor, then an integral member of the Day Camp Leadership Team, and now she is beginning her role as the Director of the entire Day Camp operation.  Jessie comes from a long family history at Paradise Farm Camps, starting with her grandfather, a camp counselor in 1932 and then one of the first camp Doctors.  She has also been a member of the Day Camp team since its inception, and looks to continue the many wonderful traditions started at our day camp. In addition to her work at camp Jessie is also a full time fourth grade teacher, and is currently working towards her Master’s Degree.  In her spare time Jessie plays and coaches soccer, coaches for Girls On The Run, and looks after her puppy Lucy and Frank the Cat.

Shirley Morgan – Office Manager

Shirley joined CCWA in March 2001.  She brings more than 31 years of experience in Information Technology, Operations and Office Administration to our camp.  Shirley started her career at Brandywine Hospital in 1969. Shirley graduated from Computer Educational Institute with a major in Programming and a minor in Operations.  She has served as a troop leader with the Girl Scouts of America, a Sunday school teacher at her local church and is an active member of two Senior Organizations.  She resides outside of Coatesville with her husband, George, of 25 years and her son Douglas.  Her daughter Nicole, who also lives in Coatesville has blessed her with two grandsons, Dylan and Blake.  When she is not working, she enjoys driving her 1976 Corvette, cooking, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, but the highlight is playing with her grandsons.

Leah Colley – Camp Administrator

Leah grew up in Downingtown, and had the good fortune to run around PFC all her life!  In fact, she first tipped a canoe and fell into the pond at 2 years old.  And again at age 23.  She began working at CCWA in 2006, joining the full time staff after graduating from University of Delaware in 2010.  Leah enjoys learning about the “world of camp” – the friends, campers, traditions, and behind the scenes work – warm weather, reading, hiking, campfires, the ocean, baking, exploring new places, and sports with the 5-year olds – so she can keep up.

Dani Robbins – Registrar/Programs Coordinator

Conk-la-ree!  That’s the call of the Red-Winged Blackbird, Miss Dani’s favorite bird, which is found right here at camp!  Miss Dani has been working atParadise Farm Camps since 2011.  She graduated from York College with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Administration with emphases in Community Recreation and Therapeutic Recreation. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist! Expanding her education with internships at two overnight camps, she returned to PFC in the fall of 2016 to teach school groups and continue with summer camp. Miss Dani loves working at camp because she believes camp is a profound experience for children to grow, learn, and have tons of fun!  Outside of camp, her favorite things are her cats, reading, watching Jeopardy with her family, and enjoying the outdoors.
